The common regulations for the Masters degrees of the University of Nairobi shall apply. The following shall be eligible for admission into the programme. Holders of Bachelor of Pharmacy degree of the University of Nairobi or any other equivalent degree from an institution recognized by the University of Nairobi Senate. COURSE STRUCTURE AND DURATION The course will be full time. The programme shall run over a minimum of four semesters and a maximum of eight semesters of fifteen weeks each. In the first year of study, students will be required to take eight core courses. In the second year of study, students will be required to take one elective course, carry out research and a dissertation must be submitted. The research will run concurrently with industrial attachment and shall be undertaken only upon successful completion of the coursework. The coursework shall comprise of lectures, tutorials, practicals, demonstrations and seminars.
