DESCRIPTION

The MSc in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care gives students the knowledge to undertake leadership and management roles and a visionary approach to meet future national and international health and social care challenges. This programme can be studied on either a part time (24 months) or a full time (12 months) basis. Who is the programme for? International and UK students who wish to develop their leadership and management knowledge, research and practice to innovate personal, team and organisational performance and effectiveness. It is as highly relevant to those in large organisations as it is to voluntary or community groups. Special features: The programme content is unique in its emphasis on innovation, evaluation and research in leadership and management applied to students? own contexts. This equips students with a critical appraisal of research, innovation and skills with which to continue their personal development after the award, supported by an alumni network.
