Proceed to the Registrar for approval of enrollment and submission of Student’s Personal Data form and Special Study Permit (SSP) or its equivalent (for foreign nationals). 6. Proceed to the System Support Section (Registrar’s Office) for assigning (tagging) of Special Study program. 7. Proceed to the Assessment Counter (Accounting Office) for assessment of fees. 8. Payments may be made thru the following banks: BPI Branches Nationwide RCBC Savings Branches Nationwide ASPAC Branches in Cebu Province PNB Cebu & Bohol Offers 5% discount on tuition for members of the same family studying during the regular semester/year at any level in the University. Application forms are available at the VP Finance Office. Those who wish to avail of the said discount must apply for it every semester/year that he/she enrolls in the University and must submit the application for discount privilege within the prescribed period to be announced by the Office of VP Finance.
Payments Payment for tuition and other school fees may be done in full at the time of enrolment or by installment. Students are required to claim their Examination Permit from the Comptroller’s Office (then Accounting Office) of the Finance Division. Full payment during enrolment. The University welcomes full payment for tuition and other school fees during enrolment. Installment payment For those who could not pay their tuition and other fees in full at the time of enrolment, the University allows payment by installment as follows: b.1 Down payment according to the amount fixed by the University Administration at the time of enrolment. b.2 The balance must be paid in a monthly basis or in every scheduled examination period. Payment in case of withdrawal. A student who withdraws his/her enrolment from any course shall be charges as follows: Within the registration period before the start of classes Refund of the amount paid (less processing charges) excluding matriculation fee. Within the first week of classes 10% of total amount due for the term excluding matriculation fee. Within the second week of classes 20% of total amount due for the term excluding matriculation fee. After the second week of classes 100% Fee Adjustments Family Relations. Member of the same family, i.e., brothers and sisters, enrolled during the regular semester in any undergraduate college and basic education of the University, except College of Nursing/Kindergarten are granted a 5% discount each on tuition fees. This shall be limited to 4 students only. Athletics. Athletes, i.e., members of official varsity teams, are granted fee adjustment privileges subject to the conditions laid down by the Board of Athletics. Band Members. Band members are exempted from all fees except insurance fees, EDP fee, laboratory fee, SSC fee and College Organization fee. Choristers. Members of the USC Choristers are entitled to fee adjustment on tuition fees only. Theatre Guild. Members of the USC Theatre Guild are entitled to fee adjustment on tuition fees only. Dance Troupe. Members of the USC Dance Troupe are entitled to fee adjustment on tuition fees only. Working Scholars. Students under the Working Scholarship Program shall be entitled to fee adjustment except SSC and ID fees. Tuition fee discounts for children of faculty member and administrative employees. Children of permanent faculty member and full-time administrative employees enrolled in the University on any level except Kindergarten/Nursery/Prep./Law and Graduate programs enjoy the following tuition fee discounts: First child 100% Second child 75% Third child 50% Fourth child 25%
